How to involve dad during the pregnancy

For a dad-to-be, particularly a first time dad, they can feel a little left out when it comes to pregnancy. When they first share the news with you, like you they can talk about their hopes and dreams for the little one as you both share the excitement of being pregnant. They might then however start to feel a bit, well useless as they watch you suffer with morning sickness or tiredness and not really know how to help or get involved and as your little baby starts to move, they can only imagine what that would feel like.
